COVID-19 is a global emergency that disrupted the established services for other emergencies like HIV. Accessibility of HIV services during COVID-19 greatly affected the PLHIV (People Living with HIV).

 

WHO's global target for 2020 is to encourage PLHIV community to speak up, be heard and the policymakers, those responsible for the services, move them to see what could be done to make the HIV services resilient and more efficient during COVID-19.
